Ultimately, the best microphone for you will depend on your specific needs and budget, but any of these options will be a great choice for podcasting.

I've used several microphones during my podcast career.  If you are first starting your show, go to Amazon and look at the cheap options.  The sound on some mics are pretty good and at only between £40-£50.

Once you are serious invest into a higher quality mic.

The Blue Yeti is a solid mic and it's quality is really good. At £120 it's a great mic to start with.

My go to mic has recently been Rode.  They are great mics and the quality is amazing. A bit more expensive at least £250, a mic that will last.

The best mic out there is by far the Shure.  This company knows their stuff and their mic are fantastic in both sound and quality.  You can pick up a bottom tier one for as little as £200
