Do This To Stop Anxiety

We have been in and out of lockdowns and restrictions for over a year now.

People are struggling with their mental health because of this.  It's becoming a huge problem.  No one is talking about it.

This is the first of a 3 part series in which i talk to real people and discuss how dealing with aspects of mental health has affected them.

This episode i'm joined by Kim Virgo.  Kim has suffered with anxiety and PTSD for years.   Kim talks very openly and honestly about how this has affected her and how she deals with it on a daily basis.

I'm doing this as a way to show people that they are not alone and there is light at the end of the tunnel even when you don't think there is!
